crushed shell beach. With
breathtaking views, this very secluded, quiet house has

bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 fireplaces. It sits on over an acre of very private land
with a large seasonal creek and lush woods surrounding it. It is a
unique, quiet, rural neighbourhood with horse farms, apple orchards,
and friendly neighbours.

The
house has a large master bedroom with a king sized bed,
ensuite and phenomenal views of the ocean. There are 2 other bedrooms
upstairs, one with views, a fireplace and another bathroom.

On
the main floor are the living room and the dining room
and kitchen, all with fantastic views of the ocean. There is another
fireplace, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave as well
as high speed wireless internet and an intercom system.

| Also, below the house,
with nice views of the ocean, is a media room accessible through a
separate entrance. It has a wide screen tv and its own bathroom. It
is not hooked up to cable but there is a vcr, dvd player and a ps2. |

Use the barbeque
on the large wraparound porch while
watching eagles, seals, otters and other wild-life on the beach.
Moor
your boat off our beach and
take your dinghy to the house. It's 10 minutes to town by boat.

The house is a
five minute drive, or 45 minute walk to the
village
of Ganges. Salt Spring Island is 20 mins by plane & 1.5 hours from
Vancouver by ferry.
